Girls Write Out

The good news is, I have advanced copies of Smitten to give away! The bad news is I only have 2 copies. Advanced copies are expensive for publishers to produce, and their purpose it to generate buzz, so here's the criteria for the giveaway:

Tell me how you could use a free copy of Smitten to generate buzz for its upcoming (Dec) release.

* Are you a book reviewer for a popular blog?
* Are you a bookstore manager who hand-sells novels?
* Can you publish a newspaper/magazine (or other media) review of Smitten?
* Can you influence your book club to put Smitten on the schedule?
* Can you think of another way to be an influencer?

Leave a message telling me what you'd do with a free advanced copy of Smitten (besides read it!) AND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. I'll notify the winners on Wednesday (Aug. 3).

Here's a blurb of the story:

When a failed logging company threatens their town's survival, four friends devise a plan to turn Smitten, Vermont, into the country's premier honeymoon destination. But little do they know that love is already on the way---for each of them! Enjoy four page-turning romances, written by best-selling romance authors Colleen Coble, Kristin Billerbeck, Diann Hunt, and Denise Hunter.

Oooh several of my favorite romance writers in one book?! It doesn't get much better than this.

My blog partner and I have a popular inspy romance blog and our reviews are posted at Amazon and Goodreads and linked to our twitter and FB profiles.

We offer review copies up as a giveaways after they're reviewed.

We'd love an arc, but no hard feelings if we're not picked...this is defintitely a title we'll be getting our hands on one way or another. It looks too good not to read. :)

I LOVE this cover, guys! It is totally charming, and one I'd pick up even if it didn't have some of my favorite authors' names on the cover. Congrats on what looks like a super fun project!

I wish I had one of the methods you mentioned. How about I read it then share my opinion with all my facebook friends? ;)

I can't wait to read it!

Whether or not I win an advanced copy, I will definitely buy Smitten when it comes out! Colleen Coble and Denise Hunter are two of my favorite authors of all time, and the few I've read by Diann Hunt and Kristin Billerbeck have been fantastic as well.

I have a book blog, and I would love to review Smitten there: http://www.poeticpost-its.blogspot.com/

It's not super popular (yet...y'all go check it out and tell me what you think!) but I would definitely let all my FB friends know how much I loved the book. :)

Well, I don't have a blog or store or anything like like that but I do have lots of friends on my Face Book page & I also create the bulletins for my church and there is a book review on the back of every one, so of course a review would go in the bulletin and I would encourage all my friends to purchase.

I would def. tell all the women at my church, we are all huge readers, and also post my review on Amazon and all other book sites I can and post to my facebook page and talk to my library about it. They have a pamphlet they hand out that has a list of christian fiction authors/books, and I will def they make sure they order plenty of copies. I would love to read it and would promote it the best I can!!

What a great group of ladies in one book. Sounds like a fun read.
We have a Book Club in our home who have a zest for reading. What is wonderful about this group is that we come from so many different churches and have such
an varied age range.
Can't wait to read Smitten.

Ooh! I review books on my blog and have 245-ish followers! I think Colleen will vouch for me. :-) We couldn't squeeze in an interview at ICRS but did manage a picture together!

So excited that this is finally coming out. And I'm with Deb Raney - I love the cover!!

I have a book review blog.

I post my reviews on Amazon and Goodreads (linked to post on Twitter). I am also active on Goodreads, where I participate in discussion boards and recommend books.

I give away books on my blog, so I could give it away.
I am also the librarian at my church's library, so I could put it in there. :)

Thanks for the chance to read the book early.

I know you probably already have your influencers, but I just wanted to say that I love the cover of the book and can not wait to get my hands on it to read when it's been released. I will certainly review it on my blog and then post my review on all the places I post (Amazon, Christianbooks.com, Goodreads, Safari, etc.). The combination of you four authors in one book is just too good to be true. Come on release date!

Blessings,

I have just started blogging so I can't do much there (although i will try), but in the hispanic church community we have a lot on conventions and would love to spread the word about Smitten. My friends and I would enjoy having a good book to discuss!

I would love an advanced copy. After I read it, I would pass it on to my church library to share with others. I would also tell all of my friends about it. We are always swapping books and telling each other about new authors we find!
